I Agree to be a Small Group Leader in WHC Student Ministry, and follow the guidelines listed in the WHC Students Small Group Leader Commitment packet. I Agree to Serve for a term of 12 months. After the term of 12 months, I understand that I will have the opportunity to continue or end my service as a WHC Students Small Group Leader.
