Honor Our Heroes - Helper Sign Up

Sunday July 2nd, 2017


Anyone scheduled to serve on the 1st Sunday of July will still serve in their regularly scheduled position. Once finished you will be able to serve in one of the event areas.

- Parking is designated at Sweet Apple Elementary (Shuttles will be provided)

- Helper Check-In begins at 7:15am at WHC (Helpers are needed for Set Up at this time)

- Services will begin promptly at 8:30am & 11:00am (Please attend 8:30am service if you can in order to be available to serve at an event station outside.)

- Event Stations will be open outside from 10:30am - 2:00pm

- Clean Up will begin at 2:00pm (We ask that all helpers stay for clean up of the whole campus.)
