Fusion camp is all about students joining their lives with Christ and becoming energized to share Christ’s love with everyone around them! There will be powerful worship services, personal devotional time, team competitions, swimming at the lake, movies, basketball, gaga ball, crafts, hiking and much more!

CILT
C.I.L.T.-Camper in Leadership Training, is not a counselor, but a former camper who is being trained to be a counselor in the future. This opportunity is open to former campers who are now in middle school. The job of a C.I.L.T. will be to help set up games at camp, assist campers during meal time and be available to assist counselors with different tasks throughout the week. C.I.L.T.’s will not be responsible for the supervision or the leading of campers. C.I.L.T's must have been serving monthly in a World Harvest Church ministry this past year and have proven to be faithful to their post as well as proven to be respectful to their leaders and parents.

COUNSELOR
A Fusion Camp Counselor position is an extremely responsible and important job. As a Counselor at CampToKnowHim, you are representing World Harvest Church, your family, the Children’s Ministry and, most importantly, Jesus Christ. It is your responsibility to insure the care, well-being and safety of campers in your charge and to do everything you can to encourage their growth spiritually, while away at camp. Fusion Camp Counselors must have been serving at World Harvest on a monthly basis this past year (preferably in the Children's Ministry) and have proven themselves to be faithful in their pursuit of God personally and in their service to Him in the house and outside.

FAQ's
WHO IS FUSION CAMP FOR?
Any students currently in 2nd - 5th grade (rising 3rd-6th). It’s important that both the parent and the child are comfortable with the child attending a 4 night sleep-away camp. Children do not have to attend World Harvest Church to come! All are welcome!
HOW IS FUSION CAMP STAFFED?
Camp Director is Tessa Hufton. Counselors include adults and older teens who have been interviewed and are all WHC members and involved in ministry. Typically, the student/counselor ratio is 6:1
WHAT DOES THE STUDENT NEED TO BRING?
If you choose not to put money towards camp store at registration you may also bring $10 cash in a non-sealed envelope labeled with the student's name. There’s a daily camp store where students can purchase drinks, chips and candy. We will collect this money before we leave and set up an account for them to spend their money at camp.
Packing list: Bible, refillable Water Bottle (labeled with the camper's name), pen, clothing and pajamas, swimsuit (one piece only please, girls), sneakers, shower stuff (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.), sleeping bag and/or bed sheets (It’s chilly in the cabin at night), pillow, flashlight, sunscreen, bug Spray, towels (for shower and swimming), 2 large garbage bags (for sleeping bag; wet and dirty clothes) REMEMBER: PLEASE MARK ALL OF YOUR CAMPERS BELONGINGS WITH HIS/HER NAME. DO NOT bring expensive cameras, disposable cameras only. DO NOT bring expensive electronics. DO NOT bring cell phones. They can bring an inexpensive mp3 player with Christian music for the morning devotion time. Only bring stuff that can be easily replaced! Anything that they bring is at their own risk!
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
In case you need to cancel the registration, email Fusion Camp Administrator Lilian Ferreira at [email protected] , stating your name, student’s name and the reason registration is being canceled.
ARE SCHOLARSHIPS OR ANY TYPE OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?
There are limited funds available for partial scholarships to assist in meeting financial needs. The Scholarship program is for children in our StreetReach program and WHC members only. Completion and submission of an application form does not guarantee awarding of aid. Fill out a Financial Aid application by pressing: HERE
WHEN IS MY LAST DAY TO REGISTER?
Registration and final payment is due no later than Sunday, 14th.
Register early to reserve your child spot. Manual payments can be done any time by credit or debit card by signing in to your Church Center account, or by cash/check using the church envelope.
WHAT ABOUT MY STUDENT'S MEDICATION?
On the day of registration Fusion Camp nurse will collect any prescription medication your student will need to take, and the Prescription Medication Authorization (add link) form signed by you.
When you come to pick up your student you can pick up any unused medication from the staff at that time. Medication dropped off by parents at the check-in station will only be returned to an adult.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CONTACT MY STUDENT WHILE THEY ARE THERE?
When you drop off your child Monday morning, 3/29, you will receive a card with personal cell numbers for Tessa Hufton, Camp Director, and our other key leaders. You may call/text us at any time, and if it is convenient, you may speak with your child. Typically, children are so busy and having so much fun, there is very little "missing home" time!
MY STUDENT HAS SPECIAL NEEDS; CAN THEY STILL PARTICIPATE?
We love to partner with families of students with special needs for many of our events on the church campus. Because of the nature of the camp, we ask that you contact us prior to registering your student so that we can work with you to create special arrangements.
IS MY REGISTRATION/TICKET TRANSFERABLE?
If you register for one student and decide to offer it to another, please let us know at least 5 business days before the event to allow for all of the necessary updates to take place for lodging, etc.
CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?
Yes. Please contact the organizer with the updated information at least 5 business days prior to the event.

WHAT IF I NEED TO DROP OFF MY STUDENT EARLIER?
If you need to drop off your student early then you can drop them off no earlier than 9 a.m. They will need to provide their own breakfast, and stay in the Fellowship Hall unless told otherwise. We will have a movie on while they are waiting.
