Please prayerfully consider giving as the Lord directs you. Your gift will sow an eternal seed into the hearts of the next generation of disciples leading the world to Jesus! C.I.L.T.-Camper in Leadership Training, is not a counselor, but a former camper who is being trained to be a counselor in the future. This opportunity is open to former campers who are now in middle school. The job of a C.I.L.T. will be to help set up games at camp, assist campers during meal time and be available to assist counselors with different tasks throughout the week. C.I.L.T.’s will not be responsible for the supervision or the leading of campers. A Fusion Camp Counselor position is an extremely responsible and important job. As a Counselor at CampToKnowHim, you are representing World Harvest Church, your family, the Children’s Ministry and, most importantly, Jesus Christ. It is your responsibility to insure the care, well-being and safety of campers in your charge and to do everything you can to encourage their growth spiritually, while away at camp. Fusion Camp Counselors must have been serving at World Harvest on a monthly basis this past year (preferably in the Children's Ministry) and have proven themselves to be faithful in their pursuit of God personally and in their service to Him in the house and outside.
