Who We Are

academic_success

ACADEMIC SUCCESS was formed in 2013 by several members of World Harvest Church. Born out of a perceived need among high school students to better understand post-secondary educational opportunities available to students.

ACADEMIC SUCCESS provides various opportunities for students to learn about 2 year and 4 year colleges, technical schools, educational financial planning, standardized testing, and admission requirements. This is accomplished by college tours, informational meetings, seminars and workshops.

Testimonials

“Academic Success has been a tremendous asset to the students at World Harvest Church.  Putting a tangible goal in front of the students allows them to stretch their faith to achieve it.  I’m proud of the Academic Success team for helping students reach higher and go further in their academic lives!” Chris Hufton, Director, Student Ministries

“My trip to Kennesaw State last year with Academic Success ended up with me applying and being accepted.”   Jasmine C., sophomore KSU

“I believe this ministry is helping bring vision and the reality of where our students can go. These trips are taking the abstract and moving them into reality. It’s bringing life to their hopes and dreams.” Rochelle Fox, Parent/Teen Reach Leader
